Background

Cilem Tunc is a high-end ready-to-wear designer brand based in Antwerp. While Cilem Tunc provides contemporary designs that stand out, it is also known for superior fabrics, innovative and comfortable cuts.

Cilem Tunc has previously collaborated with well-known Belgium personalities including Olivia Trappeniers, Camille Dhont, Julie Vermeire, Anouk Matton, Delphine de Saxe-Cobourg, for whom she has designed custom-made outfits for special occasions.

But it didn't stop there; Cilem does not sit still and continues to challenge her creative brain. She collaborates with the renowned designer Nicky Vankets to create an extravagant collection that leaves everyone amazed.

The challenge

When Cilem Tunc contacted us, she already had an online shop on WooCommerce and was working with another marketing agency. However, the results of their efforts were disappointing. There was no clear strategy for paid media and the performance reflected this. The goal was to attract more new customers, increase sales and improve the user experience on the website.

The solution

We combined all goals and expectations and developed a strategy that we applied cross-media.

Migration from WooCommerce to Shopify

We migrated from WooCommerce to Shopify, allowing us to build a custom-made webshop with our own Mojave theme. This allowed us to comprehensively address all needs and goals, resulting in an improved user experience and increased sales.

Data Migration

To preserve all existing information from WooCommerce, we performed a data migration to the new Shopify platform. This allowed us to maintain a good understanding of prior performance and scale up where needed.

Paid Media

In addition, we focused on performance marketing via Google, TikTok, and Meta advertisements, targeting both existing and new customers with strategies that align with Cilem Tunc's niche target audience.

Email Marketing

Alongside paid media, we also utilized email marketing through newsletters and automated flows. This way, we can communicate specific messages to their customers, such as promotions and collection launches.

Fulfillment Optimization

We referred Cilem Tunc to our trusted partner Monta, who is responsible for the entire logistical process from order receipt to delivery to the customer, to provide better and faster service to customers.

The results

Thanks to our customized campaigns and optimized website, we have seen remarkable increases: a revenue increase of +52%, an exponential growth of +141% in the number of orders, and an increase in new customers by +135% compared to the previous year. Through continuous testing via A/B testing in automated flows, we have achieved an impressive overall open rate of 46.27%, with +535% growth in total sales since we have been intensively doing email marketing.
