“Default page” is a template that you can customize in the backend of your store Online Store > Pages
The purpose of this page varies, as it can refer to every custom page across your store, from “About us” to “Size guide.” It can be used for SEO reasons, and in addition to the customization options that Shopify provides, the theme comes with the following options:
- Show page title
- Show top navigation
- Additional heading and Body text
- Color scheme
